About Us

Community Action Norwich has been serving the Lakenham community since 1999, overseeing the outreach work of New Hope Christian Centre.

Lakenham, with a population of around 10,000, is one of the city's highest-priority areas for social deprivation. We address critical local issues such as family breakdown, poverty, crime, addiction, isolation, and mental health challenges.

In 2002, we earned the Investor in People Award, a recognition we continue to uphold, ensuring high standards of service as we meet the community's evolving needs.
